Our wintery garden at the moment... Pink Camellia joys

Shabby yet Chic items for sale and a vintage advertising poster...

Yet again we are having a massive clean out of all of our goodies. Here are a few of the items I have listed on eBay. I love them all so much, but just if only I had a bigger house, OR several houses!

A quick escape to the county...

Last weekend at the spur of the moment, we went for a drive to Toowoomba.

When we finally arrived we found some markets in a park. It was so lovely.

The sky was so blue, the grass so green.

We lay out in the sun on our blanket while the kids played in the playground

whilst drinking our coffee from the markets.

We felt like we were on holidays in another county!

Let her eat cake (icing only)

Cheeky Evie attended a little friends birthday party.

When she got her slice of birthday cake, she peeled off the layer of very thick fondant icing, put the entire strip in her mouth, chewed it and swallowed it.

 I watched in stunned horror and saying "spit it out" and "at least eat some cake to mix in with it".

Then to make matters worse she did not eat crumb of actual cake!

She must have just decided what she was about to do!

Beautiful Fireplaces...

I would love to have a fireplace in my new home one day. In my mind I know exactly what I would like. It has to have a mantle so that I can display beautiful things, it wont have a TV above it and I would like it to have a stone somewhere as well.





Gas or wood burning? Gas may be easier and safer so that's what I would most likely have but isn't the smell and ambiance of a wood fireplace just divine!

The smallest room in the house can also be divine!

We visited the most beautiful open home. One of my favorite rooms was the guest toilet. I would love something like in my new home! Simple, clean lines, yet stunning.

Lemon Curd, death by chocloate and chocolate mousse cup cakes! A-mazing!

We were so thrilled to attend a party to welcome a friends new baby. The food was divine. We loved the cupcakes, from the Welsh Lady Cakes at Rosalie, Brisbane.
